Project management

Acting as the engineering center of OrenGroup CJSC, providing over 30 types of services and having own resources for survey and design works, construction and assembly, purchasing and supplies, and rendering other services, Orenburg PM, LLC offers to our Clients EPCM contract based project management, acting as a general contractor and providing complex engineering in construction of oil and gas objects, civil and industrial construction. 

As of today the geography of such activities is represented by the Far Eastern Federal District (particularly Sakhalin island) with the investment contracts being realized within the OrenGroup CJSC group of Companies and participation in the international Sakhalin-1 Project.

With EPCM contract based approach to project realization the Company uses up-to-date tools for planning, management and control, assuring informational support and efficiency of management processes. The project information management systems Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera applied by the Company provide tools for project progress planning and control, supply management team with accurate project information. 

Following the PMI and IPMA standards, the Company specialists develop own planning, progress measurement, evaluation and reporting procedures, with due regards for Client’s demands, Company and industry business specific character and the corporate management standards. 

Quality management system in project management is certified in accordance with the requirements of standard ISO 9001:2015.
